24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of our practitioners and ensure availability for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance
No charge. You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or less
Clients will be charged 50%–100% of the service fee
No-Shows
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made via online booking system with more then 24 hours notice, with 24 hours or less must be made by phone. Messages sent outside business hours are time-stamped and honored accordingly.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next client, with the full service fee still applied.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion for unforeseen circumstances.
