Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative, floor-based practice rooted in stillness and surrender. Postures are held for extended periods of time, allowing the body to gently open as the breath deepens and the mind softens. Supported by the earth, the practice invites you to arrive fully in the present moment.
Yin works beneath the surface, nourishing the connective tissues, joints, and energetic pathways of the body. As you remain in each shape, you are offered space to observe sensation without judgment and to release the need to do or achieve.
This is a deeply personal practice—one of listening rather than striving. Yin Yoga creates room for stillness, reflection, and inner awareness, encouraging a quiet unfolding from within. In the pause, space is created for balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to self.
