Shamanic Sessions:

Shamanism is one of the world’s oldest spiritual and healing traditions, practiced for thousands of years across Indigenous cultures on nearly every continent. At its core, shamanism is about connection—to nature, to spirit, to community, and to the unseen layers of reality.

A shaman (often called a healer, medicine person, or wisdom keeper) enters altered states of consciousness—through drumming, breathwork, plant medicines or stone divination—to access spiritual realms. From there, they seek guidance, healing, and insight on behalf of themselves or others. Common practices include soul retrieval, energy clearing, spirit communication, and working with ancestors or power animals.

Distant Sessions:

A distant healing session (also called remote or distance healing) is a holistic practice where healing energy or intention is offered to a person without being physically present. The session works on the understanding that energy, consciousness, and intention are not limited by time or space.

During a distant healing session, the practitioner enters a focused or meditative state and intentionally connects with the client’s energy field. Using modalities such as Reiki, shamanic healing, prayer, sound, visualization, or intuitive guidance, the practitioner works to help restore balance on emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic levels.

What happens in a distant healing session?

• No physical contact is needed

• Sessions may include energy clearing, chakra balancing, soul or ancestral work, or intuitive messages

• The client can be resting at home, meditating, or going about their day
